REFUND POLICY
These terms apply to tickets for Azerbaijan Marketing Summit 2026, held on 18 October 2026 at Hilton Baku. Buying a ticket means accepting these terms.
1. GENERAL
Tickets are sold on behalf of the organiser, Markfactory LLC. Payments are processed through the official ticketing platform.
The date of a refund request is the date the request arrives at info@marketinqzirvesi.az.
2. REFUND DEADLINES
The refunded amount depends on the date of the request:

| 19 September – 3 October 2026 | 50% |
| After 4 October 2026 | No refund |
3. HOW TO REQUEST
Email info@marketinqzirvesi.az with the following:
- Name and surname
- Order number
- Payment receipt or confirmation email
- Reason for the refund
4. PROCESSING
Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Once approved, the amount is returned to the card used for payment within 5–10 banking days.
Bank and processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
5. TRANSFERRING YOUR PLACE
If you cannot attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else free of charge. By 18:00 on 15 October 2026, email the new attendee's name, surname and email from the address used to buy the ticket.
6. CANCELLATION OR DATE CHANGE
If the organiser cancels the event, tickets are refunded in full; no separate request is required.
If the date changes, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If the new date does not suit you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the official announcement.
7. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
- Not attending the event
- Changes to individual speakers or sessions (where the overall scale of the programme is maintained)
- Failure to present a student ID for a student ticket
- Requests made after 4 October 2026
