TICKETS, PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Yes. If you apply 30 or more days before the event — that is, by 18 September 2026 — you receive a 100% refund. Between 19 September and 3 October, 50% is refunded. After 4 October no refunds are issued, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
Email info@marketinqzirvesi.az with your name, surname, order number and payment receipt. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days; once approved, the amount is returned to the card you paid with within 5–10 banking days.
Yes, free of charge. Until 18:00 on 15 October 2026, write from the email used for the purchase and include the new attendee's name, surname and email. A ticket can be transferred once.
If the event is cancelled, you are refunded in full — no request needed. If the date changes, your ticket stays valid for the new date; if the new date doesn't suit you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.
No. As long as the overall scope and level of the programme is preserved, a change to an individual speaker or session is not grounds for a refund.
A valid student ID. Showing it at the entrance is enough — no additional documents are required. The student ticket is 78 ₼ (35% discount).

18 October 2026, Hilton Baku, Sevda Ballroom. Registration opens at 09:00 and the programme ends at 19:00.
Just your ticket — showing it on your phone is enough, no need to print it. Dress code: smart casual.
Yes, and it is free for attendees. Spaces are limited, so we recommend arriving early.
Yes, all of it is included. The day includes one lunch break (sandwich-style refreshments) and two coffee breaks with sweets.
PROGRAMME AND SPEAKERS
Mainly Azerbaijani. Some speakers will present in English — simultaneous interpretation is provided for those sessions.
All attendees receive a digital certificate after the event. Session recordings will not be shared — the talks are for the room only.
